Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within two business days of your order being placed and paid for in full. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship with Australia Post and charge for delivery based on the weight of your order. All shipping fees are calculated and displayed within the checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email after your order has shipped and will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

Damage to Orders

Pancho Michael is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and contacts us via our contact us page.
